Strategic Planning
The backbone of any successful firm is a plan - specifically, a Strategic Plan.  TRINIUM assists firms by performing the up-      front research (internal and external), facilitating a comprehensive planning session, assisting in identifying and exploiting a firm's strategic competitive advantage(s), and monitoring the implementation.  Based on the fact that true Strategic Planning addresses multiple operational areas including financial, human resources, marketing, business development, and organizational structure, TRINIUM analyzes the entire firm with Senior Management and determines areas that need be strengthen and those that are currently optimized.

Peer Group Facilitation
One advantage that larger, multi-office AEC firms have is the opportunity to share "Best Practices" among their multiple offices and business units.  Unfortunately, for the majority of design and construction firms, the critical mass needed for such sharing is not available.  To overcome this obstacle, TRINIUM has organized peer groups of similarly-sized firms offering similar services but in non-competing geographic markets and market sectors that share lessons-learned so they can capitalize on the success of others.
