Large, multi-office design and construction firms are often able to share lessons-learned among co-workers from other offices or territories. Unfortunately, smaller and mid-sized firms often do not have this capability. In order for these firms to tap into such knowledge, TRINIUM facilitates the sharing of this information among the executives of a small group (4-6 firms/group) of similarly-sized, non-competing, geographically-diverse firms that offer similar services.
On a monthly basis, TRINIUM facilitates an interactive, Internet-based conference call between members of each peer group to discuss one topic on an in-depth basis. Each call has a pre-determined agenda and is facilitated by a senior TRINIUM staff member or a guest facilitator. During the call, lessons-learned are discussed, successful processes are shared, and effective tools are presented among the peer group members.
Annually, TRINIUM also facilitates a two-day retreat that is attended by peer group members. During this retreat - open only to the peer group members, subjects are discussed in a more in-depth fashion, guest speakers are utilized, and successful case studies are presented and analyzed.
Currently, membership is available in TRINIUM peer groups comprised of:
Architectural Firms Civil Engineering Firms Structural Engineering Firms Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Firms Construction Management Firms General Contracting Firms
